At Betico, we want your order to reach you as quickly, smoothly and reliably as possible. Every order is carefully checked and packed before dispatch, so you can feel confident shopping with us.

1. UK Shipping
We offer free UK shipping on all orders.
UK orders are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days from dispatch.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
2. Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide.
For orders outside the UK, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and available shipping options.
International delivery times are also shown at checkout where available. As a guide, worldwide orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 working days from dispatch, although delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local delivery services and customs processing.
3. Order Processing Time
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 working day.
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will usually be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods, promotional events or circumstances outside our control, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you updated.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Where tracking is available, this email will include a tracking link so you can follow your order’s progress.
Please allow a little time for tracking details to update after dispatch, as some carriers do not show movement immediately.
5. Customs Fees and International Orders
Where applicable, Betico takes care of customs fees as part of the shipping process, helping to make international ordering as straightforward as possible.
However, customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address, contact details and any required delivery information provided at checkout are complete and accurate.
If an order is delayed by customs, local postal services or delivery processes outside Betico’s control, we will do our best to assist where possible, but delivery times may vary.
6. Delivery Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Betico cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or return-to-sender situations caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated address details provided at checkout.
7. Failed Deliveries and Returned Parcels
If an order is returned to us because of circumstances outside Betico’s control, the customer may be responsible for any costs, charges or fees incurred during the return-to-sender process.

- An incorrect or incomplete delivery address

- The parcel not being collected from a delivery office or collection point
- The customer being unavailable to accept delivery
- Refusal of delivery
- Local delivery restrictions or issues outside our control
- Any other return-to-sender situation not caused by Betico
If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you once it has been received and reviewed. Any refund or re-dispatch will be assessed based on the condition of the returned parcel and any costs incurred.

We work with our delivery partners to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but occasional delays can happen.
Delivery delays may be caused by factors such as weather, customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, local delivery issues or other circumstances outside Betico’s control.
